How are you providing treatment?

In-person, video, and telephone sessions are offered.

Is parking available?

Free parking is available behind the building.

What is the cost for treatment?

The cost for a 60-minute appointment is $185. I accept cash, credit card, and e-transfer as forms of payment.

What is therapy like?

The actual experience of our therapy will be personalized for you, but a therapy session is 60 minutes on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis depending on your needs.

Do you offer an initial consultation?

Yes, I do.   Get in touch to set up a 10-15 minute complimentary phone consultation and we can discuss your needs and see if we might be a good fit. 

Do you accept insurance?

Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP.  I provide receipts for extended health benefits insurance plans for registered psychotherapy sessions to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If you have extended health benefits, please check to see if they cover psychotherapy by a registered psychotherapist.
